I have been interning at skyn ICELAND for the past couple of months and I am loving every minute of it! SK: Do you think that the reason so many women are suffering from heart disease today is because of the increasing amount of stress in our lives?
SS: There is an increased incidence of heart disease for women under the age of 55. A study of several thousand women has shown that job stress increases the risk of heart disease by 35%. The increased stress in our lives is wreaking havoc, in so many ways, leading to unhealthy behaviors and lifestyles, and most importantly, is leading to heart disease.

Dawn and I, met outside the big red doors of the Lenox school in seventh grade. We were immediately drawn to each other. We were both short, had long hair, and were latch key kids. Dawn was passionate about cooking and health, and I was passionate about fashion and skin care. We spent many days after school sharing our hopes and dreams, getting into trouble and coming up with ideas for our own little companies. Yes, we were both entrepreneurs— and did not spend a lot of time outside playing.
