Summer Workout 101

While you’re getting in shape for bathing suit season don’t forget about your skin! Reduce your stress levels and keep your skin in tip top shape with our workout tips:

  1. Drink a glass of cold water before your workout. The cold water gets your blood moving and invigorates by stimulating the endorphins that de-stress you.
  2. Pop your Arctic Face Mist in the fridge,  and look forward to a cool refreshing spritz post workout. Great to hydrate skin after an intense workout: toxins out, essential vitamins and minerals in!  
  3. Make sure to stretch, this is an internal massage for your muscles preparing them for any intensity.
